BR >< HR (Brasil >< Hrvatska) blog is opened for the purpose of collaborative research on free and open culture exchange between Brazil and Croatia. Research is initiated by UKE organization from Croatia and helped by Brazilian organizations and individuals.

Results of this research will be used for defining strategies of permanent international collaboration between Croatia and Brazil. Hopefully this project will become a part of bigger picture in free culture exchange, with others involved.

Research has been financially helped by Ministry of Culture Croatia and National Foundation for Civil Society Development Croatia and Ministry of Culture Brazil for one part. It is  mostly self-funded, or funded on the basis of collaborative nature, in spirit of exchange in open culture.
